SANTA GROCERY, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides BabyOuting, an offline baby bag packing checklist application designed to help parents and caregivers organize essential items for outings with babies and young children.

This Privacy Policy explains how BabyOuting accesses, processes, stores, and protects information entered into the application.

BabyOuting is designed to operate without requiring an internet connection, online account, or user registration.

2. Information You Choose to Enter

BabyOuting allows users to create and manage packing-related information, including:

• Item names and descriptions.
• Baby care and packing categories.
• Quantities of items.
• Optional item notes.
• Packing completion status.
• Custom packing list names.
• Reusable packing presets.
• Application preferences.

This information is entered voluntarily and used to provide the application's checklist and packing management features.

BabyOuting does not require users to enter a child's name, birth date, photographs, medical records, or other sensitive personal details.

Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into item names or notes.

3. Local Data Storage

BabyOuting stores packing information locally using Android application-private storage.

The current version uses SharedPreferences and locally serialized data to save packing lists, quantities, presets, and completion status.

This information remains on the user's device and is used to restore saved data when the application is reopened.

The current version does not operate a developer-controlled cloud database for storing packing information.

4. How Information Is Used

Information entered into BabyOuting is used to:

• Create and display packing checklists.
• Store item names and quantities.
• Record completed packing tasks.
• Calculate packing progress.
• Create and manage reusable packing presets.
• Restore saved lists and preferences.
• Support the application's offline functionality.

Information is not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing.

5. Data Collection and Sharing

The current version of BabyOuting does not automatically transmit packing lists, item notes, or application usage records to SANTA GROCERY, LLC.

BabyOuting does not include advertising SDKs or analytics services in the reviewed implementation.

We do not sell, rent, or share application records with advertising companies or data brokers.

If a user voluntarily contacts us through email, the information contained in that message will be processed through the user's email provider and our email service for support communication.

6. Internet Access and Third-Party Services

BabyOuting is designed to work fully offline.

The application's core features do not require internet access.

The reviewed version does not use online authentication, cloud synchronization, advertising networks, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Any future release introducing online features or additional third-party services will require corresponding updates to this Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

BabyOuting is intended primarily for parents, guardians, and caregivers.

Although the application concerns baby care and family outings, it is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.

The application does not require child accounts or online communication features.

Parents and caregivers control the information entered into packing lists and notes.

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through developer-operated servers in the current offline version.

8. Application Permissions

The current version is designed to function without requesting access to sensitive device information such as:

The application uses Android's local application storage for its checklist functionality.

Android may provide standard application operating-system information required to run the app, but BabyOuting does not intentionally transmit personal device information to developer-operated services.

9. Data Retention

Packing lists, saved presets, quantities, and preferences remain on the device until the user modifies or deletes the information or clears the application's data.

BabyOuting does not maintain a remote account or server-side backup of these records.

We do not establish a server-side retention period for locally stored packing information because that information is not uploaded to our servers.

10. Data Deletion

Users can delete individual packing items and saved presets using the application's available controls.

Users may also remove locally stored application information through Android's system settings by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.

Clearing app storage permanently removes locally stored application records, subject to any copies maintained independently by the device operating system or user.

Because the application does not require online accounts, there is no developer-operated account deletion process.

11. Data Security

BabyOuting uses Android application-private storage to help protect locally saved information from ordinary access by unrelated applications.

The app does not claim to provide end-to-end encryption or a separately encrypted database.

Users should protect their devices using appropriate operating-system security features, including screen locks and updated system software.

No storage or security method can guarantee absolute protection.

12. Advertising and Purchases

The current BabyOuting application does not contain advertising SDKs.

The application does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.

There are no advertising profiles or advertising-based user tracking features in the reviewed version.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if application features, data-handling practices, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the updated policy will include a revised effective date and will be made available through the application's published privacy information.
